JESÚS R. MARTÍNEZ

Jesús R. Martínez is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Administrator at Red Oak Capital Holdings’ Charlotte, North Carolina office. He is responsible for document collection, review and analysis in support of the commercial real estate finance company’s loan originators and underwriters. Among his duties are assembling loan files, developing needs lists, engaging and tracking orders for third party reports, assisting underwriters in clearing pre-funding conditions, coordinating closings with title officers and legal counsel, disbursing loan proceeds and boarding funded loans.

Before joining Red Oak, Martínez was a Paralegal in the Banking and Capital Markets division of Parker Poe, where he assisted in drafting ancillary documents, commercial leases and loan modifications, reviewed and organized due diligence documentation, lending forms for banks and lenders, and handled other documentation. Prior to that, he spent several years as a Real Estate Broker and Senior Loan Officer with Brokers & Partners Real Estate/My Mortgage. Inc.

Martínez has served as a paralegal/mediator for several Florida law firms including Perez-Calhoun Law Firm, Consumer Law Group LLC and Rudolph, and Gotsahall and Osborne LLC. Early in his career, he was a Broker/Owner with Home Solutions Real Estate/First Capital Lending Group and Capital Title & Trust LLC.

Martínez holds a Juris Doctor from the Barry University School of Law, and a master’s degree in public affairs from the Universidad del Este in Orlando. He is also a licensed we well as several professional licenses.
