The rehabilitation on the building is approximately 50% complete and was finished in three weeks, with the opening of the office.
The building owner’s business operations will occupy 50% of the building, with the remaining space occupied by a licensed daycare center. Additionally, plans and permits have already been approved by the city of Los Angeles, and eight new parking spaces will be added to the east side of the property.
