SAMUEL B. JACKSON

Samuel Jackson is a Senior Commercial Analyst with Red Oak Capital Holdings in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this capacity, he is responsible for document collection, review and analysis in support of loan originators and underwriters. He is also charged with reviewing preliminary of loan submissions for the purpose analyzing the strength of borrowers and commercial real estate offered as collateral, assisting CRE underwriters to make lending decisions, and preparing credit analysis evaluations and recommendations.

Before joining Red Oak, Sam was an Underwriting Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Debt, for Barings LLC, where he underwrote $5.8 billion worth of potential loans across various asset types. Earlier in his career, Sam served as a lending assistant with Cornerstone Home Lending Inc., where he supported the mortgage processing team, and as a Commercial Banking Intern with BOK Financial’s commercial real estate investment team.

Sam earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University Of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he also served as Co-President and Vice President of Operations of the UNC Real Estate Club,
