Mindey Morrison

Mindey Morrison is a Vice President of Capital Markets for Red Oak Capital Holdings, leading the firm’s broker-dealer and RIA sales efforts in the Western U.S. out of Carlsbad, California. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to the company, having served as a financial advisor in both corporate and independent environments.

A specialist in alternative investments, residential and commercial real estate, options trading, and traditional asset classes, Mindey came to Red Oak from Legendary Capital. As Western Regional Vice President and National Key Accounts Manager, she was one of the company’s top producers with $40 million in sales. Mindey has also held roles in wealth management at Solomon Smith Barney, LPL Financial and Efficient Market Advisors. Throughout her career, she has established and maintained strong relationships within the IBD, RIA, and intermediary channels in the Western U.S.

Mindey earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and received Series 62 and Series 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She actively volunteers with community animal shelters and serves as a tenured board member and President of Circle of Friends, a nonprofit operator of group homes for boys in foster care.
