Desiree Gruer joins the Red Oak Financial team as Manager of Loan Administration where she leads the loan closing process.

Desiree is a seasoned real estate professional who began her career over 10 years ago as a Transactional Real Estate Attorney where she represented private borrowers, lenders and mortgage servicers closing complicated real estate transactions including workouts and foreclosures. She’s held prior positions in the legal department of American Homes 4 Rent and has previously worked with NorthMarq Capital and Money360. A native of Orange County, Desiree holds her Bachelors of Arts from UCLA and a law degree from New England Law.
