Kevin also has a distinguished 35-year career in commercial real estate investment, development and finance. Kevin is currently a principal and a HUD MAP-Approved Underwriter for JCM. Kevin co-founded Buckhead in 1996 with Matthew Morgan, and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as CEO and a founding principal of Funding Incorporated, an FHA and Fannie Mae-approved multifamily lender which originated, funded and serviced multifamily mortgages nationwide. Before founding Buckhead, he served as Manager of Commercial Lending for Main Street Mortgage, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, and as Executive V.P. of Citadel Mortgage Co., one of the nation’s first FHA-approved multifamily co-insurers and Fannie Mae DUS lenders. As a result of this experience, Mr. Kirton has an extensive knowledge of multifamily lending, financial operations, development and management.
Mr. Kirton earned a B.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
Matthew has had a distinguished 35-year career in commercial real estate in the U.S. His experience spans the spectrum from construction, development, finance and technology. Matthew is currently a principal and a HUD MAP-Approved Underwriter for JCM. Matthew also co-founded Buckhead Investment Partners, a full-service real estate development company, in 1996 and leads the firm as President, developing an extensive and unique knowledge of multifamily lending, multifamily development and management. He started his career as the founder and manager of two successful residential and commercial construction firms, completing projects in Houston, Atlanta, Connecticut and New York. He also served as Marketing Director for KRERC, developing and marketing real estate statistical databases. In 1989 he joined Funding Incorporated, an FHA and Fannie Mae-approved multifamily lender, first as a Vice President and later as President and shareholder in the firm. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and works and lives in Houston, Texas..
Mr. Morgan received a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Johnson’s career spans well over three decades of commercial real estate finance services, asset management and private equity investing. A widely recognized capital markets leader and frequent industry speaker, he was the founder and CEO of Johnson Capital, a national commercial real estate finance company which originated billions in annual finance transactions. Guy has also successfully sold several different Johnson Capital operating entities to various NYSE public companies including Prudential Insurance, CBRE, and Walker & Dunlop.
Until recently he served as Vice Chairman of Capital Markets for Walker & Dunlop (NYSE: WD), a position he held since the company acquired several of Johnson Capital’s operating entities in the Fall of 2014. He is also a founding partner in several other financial and real estate related and investment management companies including Johnson Capital Residential Investors (previously a JV with the NYSE public company American Homes 4 Rent) and many non-public financial and real estate companies (JCR).
Guy's previous posts include serving as vice president at Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company, where he was responsible for the origination, underwriting, and management of construction, permanent, and participating mortgages as well as joint ventures for numerous institutional investors. Guy also gained valuable experience with Union Bank’s commercial lending department and the national real estate accounting firm Kenneth Leventhal & Company (now Ernst & Young). He holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from Loyola University.

Jason's 30-year career spans many sectors of the commercial real estate field; banking, corporate/occupier advisory, development, debt/equity placement and lending. Jason is currently a Principal and co-Founder of JCM and Johnson Capital Advisors LLC. Prior to forming these companies, Jason was a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Dallas and managed a team in the Equity, Debt and Structured Finance division. He served as office head and Managing Director for Johnson Capital Group Inc. from 2006-2014. Earlier in his career, Jason co-founded a development company specializing in industrial development. He also spent six years with HFF, now JLL, in their flagship Dallas office. Jason has extensive experience in structuring commercial real estate investments and lending on multifamily and commercial assets.
Jason earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and a MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and has served on the Board of The Real Estate Council.
Ms. Bujko has been in the HUD Mortgage Insurance Lending industry for nearly 30 years. Her wide range of experience with HUD’s Multifamily, Affordable Pilot program, Seniors and 232 Healthcare programs is significant as she has been certified in both of HUD’s MAP Multifamily and LEAN Healthcare programs for almost 20 years. Over the course of her career, Ms. Bujko has closed more than $1 billion dollars of FHA Mortgage Insured transactions.
